The story describes her concern that unfetter access to websites, especially due to the use of smartphones, may be behind a significant growth in mental health issues that she and her colleagues have observed in the past few years.
It’s well worth a read.
Even more so, since as well as discussing the issues, it also contains practical advice on how to potentially avoid them.
